MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Community organizers have scheduled several events during April 7-10 to mark three months since Memphian Tyre Nichols was pulled over for a traffic stop and died from the beatings of several MPD officers.
The deadly incident was the catalyst for evaluations in police department arrest policies and procedures and a national conversation on the topics.
